What we collect

You give us: your email (required), and optionally your name and a line about what you are building.

Collected automatically when you submit: your IP address and browser user-agent. These are used only to catch spam and abuse of the form, nothing else.

Why

To contact you about early access, and to keep the form from being abused. That is the whole purpose. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not use your details for anything unrelated.

Where it goes

Your entry is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database, and a notification email is sent to us so we know you signed up. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot check that runs without the cognitive puzzles or tracking of a traditional CAPTCHA.

Cookies & analytics

We set no first-party tracking cookies. Site analytics use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint or track you across sites. Cloudflare may set a strictly-necessary security cookie as part of its bot protection.

How long we keep it

Until early access launches or you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Abuse-prevention data (IP / user-agent) is kept only as long as it is useful for that purpose.

Your choices

Email mattsomstudio@gmail.com at any time to see what we hold on you or to have it deleted. If you are in the EU or UK, our lawful basis is your consent (submitting the form) and legitimate interest (preventing abuse); you can withdraw consent whenever you like by asking us to remove you.
